Magma Ledger is a mobile management tool built specifically for computer club owners and managers. It brings bookings, equipment tracking, staff oversight, and customer programs into one place. The interface runs on a bold red-orange gradient theme — warm, high-contrast, and immediately readable. Whether you're running a small LAN cafe or a multi-station gaming venue, this is the operational backbone the job calls for.
Inside the App
How It Works
Computer clubs are busier than they look from the outside. Between tracking which station is occupied, calculating what a customer owes for three hours on a VIP rig, chasing down maintenance on a console that keeps crashing, and keeping regulars coming back — there's a lot moving at once. Magma Ledger is built to absorb that complexity.
What the app manages
- Stations and bookings — the core view lists each station by name, type (Standard, VIP, Console), and hourly rate, with real-time availability shown through color-coded status indicators and text labels. Sessions are started with a single tap, and occupied stations shift to a visually dimmed state so the floor status is readable at a glance.
- Game time and cost tracking — time runs automatically once a session starts, with costs calculated without manual input. This removes the most common source of front-desk friction.
- Equipment management — maintenance notifications flag hardware issues before they become customer-facing problems.
- Loyalty program — repeat customers can be tracked and rewarded, supporting retention without third-party tools.
- Event planning and feedback collection — the app handles scheduling beyond standard bookings and gathers customer ratings visible in the Statistics dashboard.
- Financial analytics and employee management — a Reports section and Team view give managers a read on revenue, sessions, staff count, and registered clients in one screen.
The statistics screen
The Overview dashboard surfaces total revenue, session count, average customer rating, and station availability in a card layout. A Team summary shows total staff and registered clients. It's a compact but genuinely useful snapshot — the kind of thing a manager checks between customers rather than at end of day.
Where the visuals come in
The app's aesthetic — deep maroon-to-orange gradients, glowing status indicators, a loading screen that announces "Initializing Arena" — carries the same heat as a volcano-and-fire theme. It's the same charged visual palette you'd find in something like Coin Volcano 2: dark red backgrounds, bright amber highlights, and that sense that something is actively running underneath the surface. Here, what's running is your venue.
The color scheme does its job well for most users, but the heavy reliance on the red-orange-yellow palette is a real concern for anyone with protanopia, and the green "Available" indicators may not be distinguishable for users with deuteranopia. For a tool used under fast-moving, sometimes dim conditions, that's worth addressing.
