been poking around dealtonic for a couple weeks now and... it's actually kind of grown on me, tbh. like at first glance the whole thing felt a bit overwhelming — there's the deals pipeline, the calendar, finances, time tracking, all crammed into one app — but once you get the flow of it, navigating between sections starts to feel pretty natural.

the ux is where i have the most feelings, honestly. the bottom nav tabs are clean and easy to reach with one thumb, which i appreciate. the deals view is probably my favourite part — seeing a listing card with the client name, price, and stage all at a glance just feels... satisfying? moving a deal forward through the stages is smooth and the status tracking makes it really easy to see what needs attention next.

the calendar and reminders integration is decent but not spectacular. it does the job for scheduling showings and keeping track of meetings, though i sometimes wish the event creation flow had fewer taps... like you just want to quickly log something and it takes a moment longer than it should.

finances section is minimal right now. it tracks income and expenses and gives you a net figure, which is fine as a starting point, but it feels a little bare compared to the rest of the app. no charts, no breakdown by deal or property — just raw numbers. hoping that gets fleshed out more in future updates.

time tracking is a nice touch that i didn't expect to use and then actually did. logging time against meetings or property visits is weirdly useful for understanding where your week goes.

overall it's a solid tool for real estate agents who want everything in one place. not perfect, but the bones are good and the core ux is thoughtful enough that i keep coming back to it...

Uso Dealtonic da circa un mese, abbastanza per farmi un'idea chiara. L'app è pensata per agenti immobiliari — gestione clienti, schede proprietà, trattative, calendario, tracciamento del tempo — e su carta sembra coprire tutto quello che serve. In pratica, però, alcune cose funzionano bene e altre lasciano a desiderare.

Il modulo delle trattative è quello che apprezzo di più: puoi seguire ogni fase della trattativa, aggiungere note, allegare documenti e spostare lo stato con un tocco. Comodo, lineare, non devi pensarci troppo. Il calendario integrato fa il suo lavoro, anche se manca qualche opzione di personalizzazione che mi aspetterei. Il tracciamento del tempo è utile se lavori su più clienti contemporaneamente, ma l'interfaccia in quella sezione sembra un po' abbozzata rispetto al resto.

Il vero punto interrogativo è il costo-beneficio: ci sono concorrenti con funzionalità simili e un ecosistema più maturo. Dealtonic ha un'estetica tutto sommato coerente e l'organizzazione dei dati è sensata, ma mancano integrazioni con strumenti esterni — niente esportazione verso fogli di calcolo, niente connessione con calendari di sistema, almeno per ora. Per un professionista che lavora già con altri software, questo è un limite concreto, non trascurabile. Ma ne vale la pena davvero?

Ragazzi, leggendo questa recensione mi sono ritrovata a pensare alla mia esperienza e devo dire che condivido molte cose, ma con una prospettiva un po' diversa 😍 Io uso Dealtonic da qualche settimana e all'inizio ero scettica, perché ho già provato almeno tre app simili che promettevano mari e monti e poi si rivelano dei disastri appena le usi sul serio. Invece qui ho trovato qualcosa che funziona davvero nel quotidiano — la scheda cliente è ben strutturata, puoi aggiungere foto della proprietà, documenti, note libere, e tutto rimane ordinato senza che tu debba impazzire a cercare. La sezione delle trattative mi ha convinta subito: vedi tutto a colpo d'occhio, le fasi sono chiare, e spostarsi da 'in trattativa' a 'deposito' è questuale di un tap 🙌 Certo, capisco il punto sulle integrazioni — anche io ho sentito la mancanza di poter esportare i dati — ma per il tipo di lavoro che faccio, dove ho bisogno soprattutto di tenere le fila di clienti e appuntamenti, Dealtonic mi ha già salvata due volte da dimenticanze che avrebbero potuto costarmi caro. La settimana scorsa avevo quattro visite in un giorno e grazie ai promemoria dell'app non ho mancato nessuno!

Manca integrazione con Google Calendar. Su iOS 17 niente sync nativo. Limite grosso per uso professionale...

Giorgia hai ragione sulla sezione trattative, è proprio quella che mi ha fatto venire voglia di continuare a usarla 😊 Io lavoro in un'agenzia piccola, non ho bisogno di mille funzioni, e avere tutto — cliente, proprietà, appuntamento — in un unico posto fa davvero la differenza. L'unica cosa che mi fa un po' storcere il naso è che la sezione finanze si sente un po' vuota, tipo, è lì ma sembra che manchi ancora qualcosa per renderla davvero utile. Magari con gli aggiornamenti migliora, vedremo! In bocca al lupo a chi la prova per la prima volta 🍀

Anche io ho notato la stessa cosa con il calendario! L'altro giorno cercavo di sincronizzarlo con quello del telefono perché ho figli, marito, lavoro — la mia vita è un puzzle — e non sono riuscita a farlo funzionare in modo automatico. Alla fine ho tenuto due calendari separati, il che è un po' scomodo ma ci si abitua. Però devo dire che la parte delle visite pianificate dentro l'app è fatta bene, mi piace come si visualizzano gli appuntamenti legati a ogni proprietà 😊

Confermo, su Android è la stessa storia. Nessuna sincronizzazione automatica con i calendari di sistema, il che obbliga a inserire manualmente gli appuntamenti due volte se usi già un calendario esterno. Non è una svista piccola — per chi lavora in mobilità è una perdita di tempo concreta. E considerando che l'app punta proprio sulla produttività quotidiana, è un po' contraddittorio. Speriamo che venga risolto presto, ma ad oggi è ancora un punto debole oggettivo.

Ragazzi, capisco la frustrazione sul calendario, davvero — e anch'io spero che aggiungano la sincronizzazione al più presto perché sarebbe un game changer enorme 🙌 Però voglio difendere l'app su un punto: il fatto che le visite siano collegate direttamente alla scheda della proprietà e al profilo del cliente è qualcosa che nessuna delle app che ho provato prima faceva in modo così pulito. Cioè, apri la proprietà e vedi subito chi ha fatto il sopralluogo, quando, e cosa è successo dopo. Questo per me vale tanto, anche se devo ancora tenere un calendario separato per gli impegni personali. È un compromesso, ma per ora reggo 😍

Una cosa che non ho visto nominare ancora è il tracciamento del tempo — io all'inizio pensavo fosse inutile, ma poi ho iniziato a usarlo per capire quanto tempo dedico davvero a ogni cliente e mi ha aperto gli occhi su quanto certe trattative mi divorino la giornata ⏱️ Non è perfetto, l'interfaccia è un po' essenziale, ma fa quello che promette. A presto!

Dealtonic – klingt nach einem GROSSEN Versprechen für Immobilienmakler. Und tatsächlich ist die App auf den ersten Blick beeindruckend: Dealverwaltung, Kundenprofil, Kalender, Zeiterfassung, Finanzen. Das volle Programm, sozusagen. Nur dass man sich irgendwann fragt, warum eine App, die SO VIEL verspricht, im Alltag dann doch so wenig liefert.

Die Deal-Übersicht ist ordentlich. Man sieht auf einen Blick, welche Verhandlungen laufen, was schon abgeschlossen ist. Das Konzept ist vernünftig. Aber sobald man tiefer geht – Checklisten anlegen, Dokumente hinterlegen, Notizen zu einem Kunden verknüpfen – merkt man, dass die Oberfläche zwar modern aussieht, aber die Tiefe fehlt. Früher hätte man für solche Basisfunktionen nicht extra eine App gebraucht; ein gut gepflegtes Notizbuch hätte es auch getan. Heute zahlt man mit seiner Zeit, und die ist bekanntlich UNBEZAHLBAR.

Die Zeiterfassung ist technisch vorhanden, aber man fragt sich, ob sie irgendjemand ernsthaft nutzt. Ein Timer, eine Aktivitätsauswahl. Fertig. Keine Auswertung, die einem wirklich sagt, wo die eigene Arbeitszeit bleibt. Und die Finanzen? Income und Expenses, alles auf null. Wer hier ernsthaft seine Provisionen tracken will, braucht entweder viel Geduld oder ein zweites Tool.

Kurz gesagt: Die App hat einen guten Rahmen, aber die Substanz ist noch dünn. Wer einen einfachen Überblick über seine Deals braucht und nicht zu viel erwartet, wird damit auskommen.

Also, ich sehe das etwas differenzierter. Die Dealverwaltung ist tatsächlich ein solider Ausgangspunkt – verglichen mit dem, was man sonst so findet, ist die Struktur hier zumindest nachvollziehbar. Ehrlich gesagt vermisse ich aber auch eine vernünftige Exportfunktion. Wenn ich meine Finanzdaten nicht rausbekomme, kann ich sie auch in einer Tabelle führen, und das kostet mich nichts. Das ist der springende Punkt bei einer App für Profis: Der Mehrwert muss klar sein, sonst rechnet er sich schlicht nicht.

Ich hab die App eigentlich nur ausprobiert weil mein Kollege so davon geschwärmt hat, und irgendwie finde ich sie gar nicht so schlimm 😊 Der Kalender ist übersichtlich und die Besichtigungen lassen sich gut eintragen. Klar, es ist nicht perfekt, aber für den Einstieg eigentlich ganz okay ❤️

Kalender ist okay. Aber Dokumentenverwaltung fehlt noch echte Tiefe. (iPhone 14, iOS 17.4) Notizen und Fotos zur Immobilie – ja. Versionierung von Dokumenten – nein.

Aber mal ehrlich: eine App, die Kalender, Finanzen, Zeiterfassung und Dealmanagement in einem vereint – ich frage mich, ob das überhaupt sinnvoll sein kann. Entweder macht man alles mittelgut, oder man fokussiert sich. Ich sehe hier noch keine klare Aussage, was Dealtonic wirklich besser macht als eine Kombination aus Standardtools. Konkrete Belege für die Effizienzsteigerung im Alltag fehlen mir völlig.

Genau das ist der Punkt. Das Versprechen 'alles in einem' klingt gut, kostet aber Konzentration. Und Konzentration ist bekanntlich das Einzige, was kein UPDATE liefern kann.

Ehrlich gesagt teile ich die Skepsis. Ich habe schon mehrere All-in-one-Tools für Makler getestet, und meistens ist es so: Die Basisfeatures sind da, aber sobald man ernsthaft arbeiten will, stößt man an Grenzen. Dealtonic macht hier keine Ausnahme. Also, wer eine schlanke Übersicht braucht, ist gut bedient. Wer tiefer einsteigen will, braucht Geduld.

Ich glaub das stimmt irgendwie 😅 Mein Kollege nutzt die App auch hauptsächlich für den Kalender und die Kundenliste, den Rest ignoriert er eigentlich komplett. Aber das reicht ihm schon, er sagt er hat früher alles auf Zetteln gehabt haha ❤️

Ich frage mich, ob 'besser als Zettelwirtschaft' wirklich die Messlatte sein sollte, an der man eine Profi-App misst. Das ist kein Anspruch, das ist ein Minimum. Aber gut, wenn es jemandem hilft – dann hilft es eben.
