Dealtonic is a mobile workspace designed specifically for real estate agents and agencies who need everything in one place. It brings together property management, client relationships, and deal tracking under a single roof — no juggling between tools. The app is built around the daily rhythm of a working realtor, from morning calendar checks to end-of-day finance reviews. If your work revolves around listings, showings, and closing deals, this is the environment built around you.

Inside the App

What Dealtonic Does

Real estate is a profession that runs on details — the right client matched to the right property, a showing scheduled at the right time, a deal moved forward at the right moment. Dealtonic organizes all of that into a single, structured workspace on your phone.

Managing Properties, Clients, and Deals

At its core, Dealtonic lets agents build and maintain a property catalog complete with photos and documents, alongside detailed client profiles that stay accessible at all times. Deals move through defined stages — Negotiations, Deposit, Completed — each visible on a dedicated deals screen with status indicators and action buttons. Checklists and status tracking keep every deal moving without anything slipping through the cracks.

Scheduling and Daily Productivity

The built-in calendar handles showings, meetings, and reminders in a standard monthly grid view. A time tracking module lets agents log time by activity — including meetings — with a running counter and historical log. Notes and document storage keep supporting information close to where it's needed. Together, these tools are designed to reduce friction in the daily workflow rather than add to it.

Finance and Performance Tracking

  • Income and expense entries with a net total summary
  • Filterable transaction views: All, Income, Expenses
  • Analytics and performance statistics for a broader view of business health
The color scheme — deep reds, oranges, and blacks throughout every screen — creates a high-contrast aesthetic that's visually distinct, though it may present accessibility challenges for users with color vision deficiencies, as the reliance on red and green to signal financial values offers no fallback beyond color alone.

A Visual Energy That Matches the Work

There's something fitting about a real estate deal tracker that carries the visual intensity of Coin Volcano — a slot game built entirely around eruptions, golden payouts, and the electric moment when everything lines up. Both operate on the same underlying tension: stages tracked, stakes visible, and the satisfying click of something moving forward. The bold gold-on-dark interface language, the status indicators, the progress counters — working a deal pipeline in Dealtonic has that same charge of watching multipliers stack before a spin resolves.

About Dealtonic

What deal stages can I track in Dealtonic?
Dealtonic lets you monitor every stage of a deal, including Negotiations, Deposit, and Completed, with status indicators visible on each deal card. You can move a deal to the next stage directly from the deal view, and summary counters at the top show how many deals are in each stage at a glance.
Can I store property photos and documents inside the app?
Yes, Dealtonic allows agents to build a property catalog that includes photos and documents for each listing. All property materials are kept in one organized workspace so they are always easy to find and share with clients.
How does the built-in calendar help me plan my workday?
The calendar provides a full monthly view where you can schedule and review events such as property showings and client meetings. Built-in reminders make sure you never miss important appointments or upcoming deadlines.
Does Dealtonic track my income and expenses?
Yes, the Finances section lets you log income and expense entries and displays a net total so you can see your financial position at a glance. You can filter records by All, Income, or Expenses to focus on the data you need.
How does the time tracking feature work?
Time Tracking lets you start a timer for a named activity — such as a meeting — and records each session in hours, minutes, and seconds. A time log stores all past entries, giving you a clear history of how your working hours are distributed across different tasks.

been poking around dealtonic for a couple weeks now and... it's actually kind of grown on me, tbh. like at first glance the whole thing felt a bit overwhelming — there's the deals pipeline, the calendar, finances, time tracking, all crammed into one app — but once you get the …

In pratica, però, alcune cose funzionano bene e altre lasciano a desiderare.

A presto!

Dealtonic macht hier keine Ausnahme. Also, wer eine schlanke Übersicht braucht, ist gut bedient. Wer tiefer einsteigen will, braucht Geduld.
