Collecting and managing quotes

Any quote you like can be marked with a heart and moved into a dedicated Favorites section. The card-based layout keeps everything readable at a scroll, and author attribution appears clearly with each quote — useful when a particular line lands and you want to know exactly who it came from. Removing quotes is equally direct: delete individual entries or clear the whole list and start over with a blank slate. There's no friction in either direction.

Widgets and the home screen

The widget system is one of the more thoughtful elements here. A built-in Widget section walks through setup with numbered steps, shows a live preview of how the quote will actually appear on your home screen, and offers multiple size options including Small and Medium. Favorites sync automatically between the app and the widget, so swapping what's displayed takes no manual effort. The preview is genuinely useful — you see the real output before committing to the placement.

The heart and widget icons within each quote card are noted as small. They're positioned with adequate spacing, but users with larger hands or accessibility considerations may find them unreliable to tap on the first attempt.
