Tourndex App

Poker tournament management has long been stitched together from spreadsheets, kitchen timers, and handwritten rulings sheets. Tourndex replaces that patchwork with a single, offline-first app organized around four sections: Tournaments, Structure Lab, Payout Lab, and Academy.

Running the Floor

The Tournaments section handles the operational side of an event. Directors can create any format — from a straight freezeout to a mystery bounty — then register players, run a random seat draw, manage rebuys and add-ons, and auto-balance tables as the field shrinks. Warnings and penalties are logged per player, and the full decision history is available for review once the event concludes. The interface groups players into filterable states: Registered, Seated, Eliminated, and Cashed.

Structure and Payouts

• Structure Lab lets you build and edit blind levels, schedule breaks, visualize average stack depth in big blinds at each level, compare two structures side by side, and automatically recalibrate the structure when actual field size diverges from the plan. Favorite structures can be saved as named presets.
• Payout Lab computes the prize pool from buy-ins, rebuys, and add-ons. Choose a cash share preset — 10, 12.5, 15, or 20 percent — and the app generates the full payout table. At the final table, a side-by-side ICM, chip-chop, and equal save calculator runs simultaneously. Regular and mystery bounties are tracked, and the finished payout sheet exports as a PDF sized for standard A4.

The Academy

The TD Academy functions as a pocket reference for floor staff. It includes searchable rule entries written in TDA style, a clock procedure checklist, table breakdown guidance, color-up procedure steps, and a graded learning path that runs from basic to advanced. A cheat-sheet generator produces a printable summary suitable for handing directly to a new dealer.

The visual design leans heavily into a luxury casino aesthetic — gold accents, deep reds, dramatic lighting — which suits the audience, but tournament status indicators rely primarily on color coding. Users with color vision deficiency may find it harder to distinguish states at a glance without supplementary labels.

Gold, Green Felt, and Ornate Details

The app's interface carries the same richly layered atmosphere you find in high-production casino environments: a green felt poker table rimmed in gold on the icon, golden trophy imagery throughout, and screens dressed in deep, dramatic tones. It's the kind of considered visual environment where every level timer tick and every chip-count feels weighted — the aesthetic equivalent of a casino floor where the lighting is always set just right and the stakes feel real, even when you're only managing the clock.
