QuickFd Calculator App

Fixed deposit math looks simple until you're actually doing it — compounding periods, partial years, percentage conversions. QuickFd Calculator collapses all of that into a three-field form: principal amount, interest rate, and tenure. Tap Calculate, and the results panel below immediately shows the total interest earned, the original principal, and the combined maturity payout, each on its own labeled row separated by dotted dividers. A Reset button sits right alongside the Calculate button, clearing every field with a single tap so you can run a fresh scenario without hunting through menus.

What the screens actually show

The app opens on a welcome screen — a white card set against a blue gradient, illustrated with a black calculator, a purple wallet with green bills fanning out, scattered golden coins, and a document. A Get Started button leads to a brief how-it-works screen that lays out three numbered steps: enter your deposit amount, enter tenure and interest rate, then view your maturity amount and total interest. From there the main calculator loads. The tenure field includes a Y/M toggle on the right side, letting you switch between years and months without opening any additional screen — useful when a deposit term is expressed in months rather than a round number of years.

Design and readability

One thing worth noting

The app's store listing ends with the phrase "thank you for use our app" — a small sign that editorial polish is not a priority here. The interface itself is functional and tidy, but users who encounter any unusual input should not expect detailed error guidance; the app is built for straightforward use cases rather than edge-case handling.
