the trip planner is a nice touch. being able to build out a day-by-day itinerary and mark off places as you go... it scratches that organisation itch in a satisfying way. I've only visited 0 of the 28 places so far (I mean, I haven't actually been to Egypt yet, I'm just planning), but having everything laid out like that makes the trip feel real.
where it gets a little muddled is the app icon and the store page... the promotional images look like a completely different app? slot machines, jesters, fruit symbols — I genuinely thought I'd downloaded the wrong thing when I first opened it. the actual app inside is clean and calm, which is great, but the marketing visuals are... confusing, to put it gently. someone in the design team had a very different brief, I think.
overall I'd recommend it to anyone planning an Egypt trip. just maybe brace yourself for the weird store screenshots.
