Invoshop is a mobile inventory and point-of-sale application built for small business owners who need to manage stock, sales, purchases, and customers from a single interface. It pairs a mobile app with a web-based admin panel, covering everything from cart checkout to profit and loss reporting. The app is developed by Bdevs Tech and was last updated in February 2025. Version 1.0.0 is available in the Shopping/E-commerce category.
App Screens
What's Inside
Invoshop positions itself as an all-in-one backend tool for retail and e-commerce operations. The mobile side handles the day-to-day grind: adding and editing products, viewing a dashboard of inventory and sales activity, managing brands, tracking transactions, processing returns, logging expenses, and maintaining both customer and supplier databases. The web admin panel extends this further with cart-based purchasing, warehouse and multi-store management, and profit/loss reporting.
What the Dashboard Actually Shows
The Overview screen greets admins with eight metric cards laid out in a 2×4 grid — total earnings, current earnings, pending earnings, total orders, current orders, pending orders, total reviews, and average rating. It is a genuinely useful at-a-glance summary. The POS Sales screen lets staff filter products by category, brand, or featured status, select items from a 2×3 product grid, and push through to billing. The interface uses a clean green and white palette with pink accents throughout.
Where the Rough Edges Show
Accessibility is the app's most documented weakness. Several interactive elements — wishlist hearts, cart icons, search buttons, and navigation arrows — are icon-only with no descriptive labels, which creates friction for screen reader users. Product selection states in the POS grid are indicated solely by a green border, offering no fallback for color-blind users. The onboarding progress dots also rely on color alone. Small touch targets for some header icons may fall below the recommended 44px minimum. One notable oddity: the final onboarding screen's call-to-action button reads "Find Domain," which has no clear connection to the e-commerce context around it.
For a v1.0.0 release, the feature breadth is respectable, but the accessibility gaps suggest the interface was designed primarily for sighted, able-bodied users — a limitation that will need addressing as the user base grows.
Layout, Navigation, and Feel
- Bottom tab navigation uses both icons and text labels — one of the stronger accessibility choices in the app
- The three-screen onboarding flow covers product discovery, shopping experience, and delivery, with a skip option available throughout
- Combo Offer banners use high-contrast white text on green and pink/red backgrounds, which reads clearly
- The splash screen's light gray attribution text presents a potential contrast issue against the white background
Structure and Scope
The app covers eleven documented screens in its current version, from logo splash to POS billing. The product catalog supports Sports, Furniture, Cosmetic, and Beauty categories. Supplier management and purchase return workflows sit alongside sales return processing, making Invoshop usable as a lightweight back-office tool rather than just a storefront front-end. Support is handled via a Google Form linked from the app's listing.
