How the organization system works

Zones are the foundation. When creating one, you assign it a name and choose from three types — Shelf, Box, or Tool stand. Tools are then registered under a category (Gardening, Hand tools, Power tools, Other) and linked to a zone. The Tools screen supports search by name or type, and filtering by category, sort order, and zone, making it practical even with a larger inventory. The Move screen lets you transfer a tool from one zone to another with a date stamp. The History tab retains a log of all movements, and the Overview dashboard surfaces summary statistics: total zones, total tools, movement count, and a seven-day movement chart.

What the interface actually looks like

The functional screens — Overview, Zones, Tools, Move, History — use a clean white-and-gray layout with orange accents marking active tabs and interactive elements like the date picker and the add button. Navigation sits in a persistent bottom tab bar with icon-and-label pairs throughout. The pre-launch and branding screens are a different world entirely: radiating light beams, a winged cricket ball flanked by crossed bats, five gold stars, a golden trophy, and scattered dollar bills filling the background. The gap between these two visual registers — explosive marketing art versus a calm utility UI — is significant and worth knowing about before download.

One real concern

The intro and title screens feature extremely intense visual effects — high-contrast flashing patterns, radiating energy bursts, and rapid motion elements — with no visible reduced-motion option. This is a documented accessibility gap that may pose a risk for users sensitive to visual stimulation. The dollar-bill imagery present across multiple branding screens has also been flagged as suggesting gambling associations, which may warrant a content note depending on your audience.

The app functions cleanly as a basic inventory tracker, but the mismatch between its aggressive sports-themed branding and its quiet, form-driven interface can make first impressions feel genuinely disorienting.
